Unifying individual strengths to provide
the highest possible service
TenTen comprises a wealth of staff from many different countries; as a company we aim to harness the specific strengths of each individual member. The Japanese expression “ten colors for ten people” conveys the idea that ten given people will hold ten different ways of thinking. However, it is not sufficient to say that everyone differs and that is fine, rather, it is vital to attend closely to what others have to say, to listen carefully with a patient and tolerant attitude in order to understand other different opinions. It is precisely because our working environment embodies this notion of “ten colors for ten people” that we can utilize the many different skills of our international team, multiplying 10×10 to achieve 100% satisfaction for our clients. In this way at TenTen we aim to provide the highest possible standard of service.
Our goal is “Value, convenience and fun through innovation”, to this end we work according to the following core beliefs:
1. Put the customer first
2. Respect individual differences
3. Communicate with honesty and transparency
4. Take pride in our work
5. Think outside of the box
6. Deliver each goal
