Job Title | Account Manager |

Responsibilities | ● Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers ● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships ● Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives ● Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas ● Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits ● Monitor and analyze customer’s usage/installation status of our product ● Prepare reports on account status ● Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed in corporation with Product Manager, Engineers and Operations team |
Requirements | ● More than 3 years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role ● Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs ● Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities ● Strong documentation skill in a common document format (MS Office, Numbers. Pages) ● Strong written and oral communications skills ● Very detailed-oriented ● Good English (TOEIC750 level or better) ● Japanese native level |
