| Responsibilities | ● Promote TenTen’s vending machine smartphone app and Operations Support System (ODS) addressing or predicting clients’ objective ● Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs ● Create RFP report, proposal. Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed ● Trouble management: Collaborate with product managers and developers to identify the existing issues in production and support improvement ● Manage contracts such as NDA, MOU and Service Agreement |
| Requirements | ● More than 3 years business development experience for software or IT related products in Japan ● Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills ● Time management and planning skills ● Basic English skills ● Japanese Native level ● IT fluency |
