| Responsibilities | ● SmartBeacon® (Embedded Bluetooth devices) installation ● Support/train partner members for installing SmartBeacon® ● Create Manual, Error Report and other related documents ● Inventory Management |
| Requirements | ● Experience of hardware onsite support. It does not matter what kind of hardware ● Experience of supporting customers (in B to B or in B to C business) ● Good at documenting and reporting to customers in technical terms ● Always having a technical point of view to solve the issues ● Can create an easy explanation and manuals which are technically difficult to explain ● Not required to listen/speak in English but understand technical documents in English ● Japanese native or working level Japanese is preferred ● It is preferred if one has experience working with vending machines or other similar products. |
