| Responsibilities | ● All aspects of managing one or more products with the goal of delivering new revenue-generating products and services on time to our clients ● Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners ● Create MRD and Product Specifications ● Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals ● Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and internal support capacity ● Laisse closely with business partners keeping them up-to-date on progress and closely follow progress with internal engineers/relevant teams directing and focusing them. |
| Requirements | ● More than 5 years of Product Management experience with enterprise-related products ● Ability to understand complex technical systems ● Ability to communicate detailed product targets in writing to engineers ● Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on deadlines ● Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules ● Experience working with agile development teams ● Business-level English & Native-level Japanese language skills (verbal and written) ● Disciplined and detailed-oriented ● Strong creativity |
