| Responsibilities | ● The Project Manager will work closely with various internal teams (product, engineering, sales, operations etc.) and external business partners to deliver on engineering and/or client-facing projects ● Responsibilities include but are not limited to: defining scope, surfacing and minimizing risks, creating an execution plan, tracking progress, and resolving issues as they arise ● The ideal candidate works well in the face of uncertainties; they are excited to wear multiple hats and roll up their sleeves to get work done with minimal supervision |
| Requirements | ● 5+ years of relevant experience, including software development project management ● Ability to communicate with (and translate between) English-speaking internal engineers and Japanese business partners, both verbally and in writing ● Experience working closely with Japanese enterprise clients a must ● Ability to understand complex technical systems ● Collaborative and detail-oriented ● BONUS: experience with agile, BtoB SaaS products, and/or business process improvement ● BONUS: native level Japanese |
